UK lose access to Russian fishing waters.

It's all fun and games sanctioning Russia ad nauseum, but it can come back and bite you in the arse. The UK is about to find out how much. This a quote from an RT article on the story;
"“The dissolution of the agreement will not cause serious foreign policy and economic consequences for the Russian Federation,” Izvestia quoted government documents as saying."
Since 1956 the British were allowed food security by accessing Russian waters. You see, that's the trouble when you play all the sanction cards rather than engage in diplomacy. Like the quote states, "What ya gunna do that you don't do to us anyway?"
Boris Johnson's little trip to Ukraine April 2022 is going to have very long term consequences. Can't really blame the Russians for this, a lack of diplomacy and foresight from the UK is to blame. That is the hard truth. Liz Truss wasn't around for long, just long enough to see through Nord Stream then grab a PM's pension. Obviously never thought Russia may respond by doing things like this and arrogantly thought they could sanction only things that would hurt Russia, not things that would hurt them
like fishing agreements. Don't work that way. Neocons in the US don't care and are probably celebrating the further wedge in relationships.
