American justice. Has Trump been criminally convicted of sexual assault? No. This is a civil court which has far less burden of proof thus the big payouts. But is not sexual assault a criminal offence? So how does a civil court find one guilty of a criminal offence? And then go further and forbid that person from denying these criminal allegations unproven by any criminal court? American justice.

That is seriously fucked up. As for her as a former journalist but now a "writer" (lol) to complain of unexpected blowback because she wrote a book alleging a historic 29 year old alleged rape (not criminally proven) against a presidential contender, really? Caught by surprise were you? Defamatory you say? Did you ever report these allegations to police in a timely manner? Who is defaming who here exactly?
Until you are criminally convicted, how can you be denied the right to deny charges directed at you? Especially rape ones. Even criminally convicted persons may still proclaim innocence.
Impeach Biden for Genocide, want to see him justify it is in US interests to enable Israel.

Numerous times people have sued someone in an American civil court after the defendant was aquited in a criminal trial. You have raised a good point, and I would be curious to know of any other countries with similar judicial laws.
