F'n beautiful irony. Employers are responsible for providing a safe workplace. They made it unsafe by insisting employees get the jab. Confirms what I have said all along.

The pandemic was always #1 a safety issue, so safety experts should have been running the shit show.
There was a hazard that stopped us completing tasks safety. We still need to complete tasks so assess the risk and devise control methods to minimise risk. Then complete tasks as safe as possible. You minimise the risk. Methods we can use is personal protection equipment. You change the way you complete tasks. If the hazard can be isolated, you isolate it.
It's how I saw my father at a home during covid, which had a jab mandate or no access (I'm unvaxxed). I pulled safety on them, got them with logic. Pointed out as a safety measure the vax's are pretty fucking useless as they don't allow you to drop the other control measures, as a true vaccine would. That I had zero confidence in medical experts when it came to the safety of me, my father and all other residents so here's my risk assessment. They knew they had no legal leg to stand on, I saw my father whenever I wanted (excepting when they locked down completely).
Born and bred Sth Aussie, we have always been trend setters.
