Well I wish I could personally attest to that. I'm going to be 81 in May. I eat an extremely healthy low fat plant based diet supplemented with vitamins and minerals plus a supplement for brain health. I stay away from sugar, flour, and processed foods, and I exercise regularly. And yesterday I put my dirty laundry in the dryer and ran the washer empty.

Keep up the good work. You are trying your hardest. At least you noticed what was happening in the end.

@Jolanta I heard a talk on aging recently. He said "If you find your keys in the refrigerator, don't worry about it. That's normal aging. But if you find your keys in the refrigerator and have no idea what they are, you're in trouble"
