I remember falling asleep in my brother's truck as 7 year old listening to Garth Brooks cassettes til' like 4 in the morning while my cousins fished.
I don't know if the country establishment fully grasped his full artistic work or chose to ignore it. Some of the deep tracks in his albums were left leaning.
But i digrese.
There's nothing better than cruising on a dark, cold, drizzling night listening to Garth Brooks remembering those that have slipped away.
