Pretty nice day today. Cloudy with sun on and off and around 60F/16C. I went out to my backyard and laid down in the grass/weeds on my back. I closed my eyes and put my hands over my eyes as the sun was shining brightly. The ground felt moist and cool on my backside. The sun felt warm on my front side. The combination was delightful. Listening to all the wonderful sounds of the world while feeling the earth support my entire body. I felt nature itself enveloping me in warm love. You should try it sometime.
