Truth be told there. However, this thing people call "woke" is not new, and I've long referred to that as simply being politically correct, which would be a more appropriate term. Going along to get along so to speak. Both supporters of the two-Party monopoly are brainwashed, and only see what it is they want to see regardless if facts may tell a different story.
