I find that I'm a lot calmer when I have my afternoon swim and my evening bike ride. So those are healthy things for my physical well being. I also feel good after spending an evening with friends dancing or at least listening to music and just letting loose, which is good for my "soul" if that word isn't offensive to anyone. Those are things I'm glad i can incorporate into my life at this time, for my physical and mental well-being.
