I did a quick search and couldn't find anyplace talking about 'pure (perhaps filtered) vs ???" water. But he did seem to understand more than many others on what it takes to extract hydrogen from it. Like I said, above my pay grade.

@captfeelgood He added salts, but I never heard of anyone thinking that you could do it without.
