Because the republicans who claim to be the defenders of the Constitution abuse it the most with regard to business and religion. They aren't to good on the articles either.This is what happens when the judges, media and intelligence are ignored.

The Constitution is out of date and has to be brought up to at least this Century.

Not sure to what you are referring, and it sounds like a rhetorical question you asked, but there aren't many documents that are 100% relevant 250 years after they are written, especially as it relates to policy and community.

Perhaps if the Meme I posted here had been made visible, everyone would understand what I am referring to. Alas it is not visible and thus makes my question Rhetorical.
