How comfortable are you in your daily life?
Are you gliding thru the grind, or do you still have stress that brings you down? Have you eliminated the personal stress in your life, but still feel it because you spent the majority of your life in that mode?

My life is in a state of transition, so stress is par for the course. I just try not to add extra stress by worrying or overthinking, and if it gets to me I'll take breaks and take care of myself.

Actually, I am very comfortable and have a great and enviable life. However, I take things too seriously and little things bring stress which compounds itself to more stress. Losing my partner a couple of years ago have made life somewhat lonely and looking at the large gardens we set up constantly reminds me to learn to let go. There is an unbelievable community here , though, which does help. It is really only a mental state.

It's a little of column A and a little of column B for me.

I work at a weight loss clinic, which is very rewarding, albeit emotionally exhausting work. Some days when I get home from work I crashing before even eating dinner (not something I coach my patients to do, mind you).

I'm trying to start living life in a way where I maximize the Whitman's I can get out of each day. Life is to fragile and unpredictable to wait to have fun or to sulk. I'm new to this lifestyle, so I'm still working on it, but after losing my grandfather and finding out my dad needs heart surgery within a few weeks had helped to shift my perspective.

This question requires a lot of personal introspection and time to come up with a meaningful answer....stay tuned, working on it

Well... I am more than half way to my grave. I have had success and I did like it. Did I like the stress that comes with it, no not always. Challenges are tests that make us good but come with a price. Nothing is free. Overall I like the opportunities life have presented to me, took advantage of most but not all and that comes with the territory. My last chapter has not been written yet, still a work in progress while I am slowing down to vanishing from being as productive. All and all, ups and downs and everything else, no doubt about it, it has been a great journey

@Ride_Captain it is actually a very good question !!!

No stress really. Always been mellow and easy going. The old saying, don't sweat the small stuff and everything is small stuff.

Only bad stress is loneliness. Been divorced for 5 months now and want to move on, just not met the right person yet.

Treading water right now. This political climate has me in a fog.

I was a single mom and very broke for a very long time. I kept my house at sixty-two in the winter, went years watching people buy chips from the vending machine and knowing I would not dare squander 50 cents. Poor was the most difficult stress I have ever experianced. I am in a much better position now and the diffrence is amazing. Although I still will not have a credit card with a limit above $ 750. My only stress is when I don't take care of things when I should.

Just skating long to be honest, pretty much under control, I take on new projects which give me just enough challenge, motivation and adrenalin.Yesterday was up at 4-30 am and a rush until 1pm. Today slept until 9am and hit the beach, was beautiful. My solar refund just arrived in my bank account so managed to pay 1/2 of the bills sitting on my keyboard.

When I retired, I retired.

I used to be totally stressed. I was a teacher in a school system that was changing into a testing system. I could no longer fit in, but I loved the children. Once I finally decided to retire from that system, I felt such a relief. I miss my children, but I love my life. (I sometimes helped out neighborhood children with homework, so that helped me make the transition.) I live virtually stress free now. 64 is a good age.

Don't stress out much anymore, can't afford it. I have some pressures currently, but am dealing with it. I have to move again (moved to my current abode last July), and that's always a hassle, but I'll, hopefully, be going back to the area I lived in before, where I have friends and it's closer to my daughter and son-in-law. That means I'll also have to change my Medicare locale/plan again as I'll be in an entirely different county. Chest la vie, as they say.

Gliding.
Never was an overly stressed type.
Less so now.
