Welll, there's a simple response to you personally VAL3941. In a previous post a member said that his female date asked him about his church attendance. YOU responded by saying 'FUCK HER AND LEAVE HER' This kind of sexual aggression used as a tool to control women is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE in any circumstances, in any type of civilised society. If violence against women were STOPPED we would have a much better chance of living in harmony.

And btw VAL3941 it would be good if you immediately STOPPED advocating sexual aggression against women on this site.

But of course, to understand this concept, you need a certain level of education and a civilised community where respect for women IS THE NORM.

YES, YES and YES again. Women are always vulnerable to male sexual intimidation and violence, but cannot respond in kind. The law and society can and should police men who choose to use this form of domination. As you say Abbelyne, it's uneducated, uncivilised and it must STOP.

Mutual respect, effective communication and oh.... the capacity love....

Love must always be there ?

@VAL3941 oh, I think so but depends on our idea of love. One can love life, love people and love the world - in my mind it would be much healthier to hook up with someone of such intellect and mindset rather than someone simply seeking personal "love" (which I think is kinda self centred, selfish or even weak). And if two people who live their lives in such a manner fall in love with each other there is no stoppping them. Unfortunately it seems to be a bit rare these days.

@JayTea
That is why I refer to love as a bonding between to people. Bonding you can define, Love not ?

@VAL3941 yes, I would agree and believe that such a union based in bonding and a sense of life partnership brings out not only the very best in each other but also the combination of their attributes which makes them unassailable. Attempting to define "love" in this context is, I think, kind of futile

@JayTea
My point exactly !
