@truthseeker35 ah got it. Yes. I think Watts is right and we have all these ideas about how things should be that mess up what we're actually capable of.
I'm so happy with my choice to stop allowing media into my life. (Agnostic.com being the exception to the rule.) This video is rather validating to me. Thank you for posting it.

Great video! Many of the cures are what makes Finland and Sweden (and others) great countries.
I often hear being from the West, how European countries are slow, not money hungry enough or not business savvy well they also have less anxiety.

It's not just most of Europe. Most of Africa is also generally relaxed, as is most of Eurasia. The USA is the home of rampant capitalism, and therefore has the most anxiety.
