The vine next to my workshop has about doubled in size. The trellis it's growing on is too small, but it was the only one l had at the time. First picture was when l first put it on the trellis, second is from today...it's getting some buds on it as well, so should see some flowers soon!

I need a bigger trellis...this thing is crazy!

If it is, it's a different type then one l already have. And this is growing in the shade....
@Free_2B_Me don't you have the roots in the shade and the leaves in the sun with them? I'm not even close to an expert but there are quite diverse types. it's a Montana maybe.
@LeighShelton This particular one was growing wild, so not sure what it is. It's growing WAY faster than my other clematis and the vines are thicker too. Will have a better chance to identify it after it blooms l think.
