We all do or have and will carry with us profound religious statements . I'm referring to our money and the words "in God we trust" it's always bothered me that this is not what the founding fathers wanted. That's not the separation of church and state that I exspect america to uphold. Give me my debit card any day over that. I wish it said "in truth we value"

If you ever see dollar bills with a permanent marker through the words "In God We Trust", I'll publicly state for the record IT WAS NOT ME. 😉

"One nation under God" wasn't added to our Pledge of Allegiance until 1954. It was added primarily as a way of emphasizing our difference from the "godless commies."

In God We Trust. All others pay cash. As the saying goes.
