I am a school teacher. I figured I would get your thoughts on this. My observing principal and I agreed on a class that she could observe. She asked me to pick the class. Naturally I pick one of my best classes. She ends coming to my worst class. It's a different class ,and I had no prep. Is she setting me up? I wonder if they, the administration, knows I'm an atheist. They are very religious.

Toast... maybe. Can you share which class she observed and which you suggested, what were the results ?

I work in a UK school and wonder why you would go into a class with no prep - is this why this is your worst class?
Days when I have to cover at short notice and go into a class with no prep are the ones that are most difficult to manage and go wrong most often.
