SEASONAL FRESH FOOD!
As a chef I LOVE to cook, I just made some salmon patties from FRESH local salmon, local Morel mushrooms, local fresh herbs (from our garden)...sage, thyme, oregano and parsley, chopped celery, onions and secret seasonings.
