Never, never, never will I ever go vegan. Murdering those poor plants, what are you thinking ?
Plants grow more when you cut their leaves and branches. Try that with animals by cutting their hands. It's not about murdering animals or plants. Its about inflicting physical pain. How does physical pain work? If your one leg is paralyzed, then if I cut that leg, you won't feel pain, why ? Because your nervous system is not connected with the tissue of that leg. People with paraplegia have no feeling of touch or position in the paralyzed parts of their body. A paralyzed person feel neither pain nor temperature in the affected areas. Because the skin can no longer perceive injury, those affected are at risk of burns or injuries from pressure sores (decubitus ulcer). I am not saying that doing such thing on a paralyzed person will be moral. But wait for what I am trying to say.. So, actually then, pain occurs because of the connection from central nervous system. Now plants don't have a brain and don't have a central nervous system. I want to believe that you are a morally good person. But with your logic of "murdering poor plants", you are inflicting pain and suffering on innocent animals who have done nothing to you. I guess your only justification is to that you have been evolved to eat flesh for survival and everybody does so. But in our modern times, we don't have a survival issue anymore, when we have super market, vegan burgers, vegan cheese etc. as replacement. Rather than arguing, as I am not arguing, I would just request you to give a deep thought to it and read more about veganism. Thank you.
