Any other Neil Gaiman fans out there?

Sandman is awesome. So is American Gods.

Definitely. I very much liked Sandman, hope they do a tv series of it and not a film, the story is just immensely difficult to adapt even into a series of films. American Gods was good as well.

Sandman was one of the first graphic novels I read. Having the complete Sandman in hardback was a dream come true. And, yes, American Gods was brilliant.

I'm a fan of the man. He is as charming and kind as you'd imagine. I really need to read more of his work.

I've read that he's invoved in a screen adaptation of Mervyn Peake's 'Gormenghast' - I hope he does it justice. The BBC tried a few years ago and it was a sad travesty, missing the entire point of the book, IMHO.

He's one of my favorites. Have you read The Graveyard Book? It's a kids book, but it's a gem.

I have not read it, but I will follow it up.

Yes! I've read it all, and continually wish he'd write new stuff faster. 🙂
