This has only been debunked numerous times. There is absolutely nothing true about it.

Since i first became interested in girls and later women, 55 years ago, i have found the poster's assumption to be untrue. Certainly there are men and women who crave abuse, and are co-dependent with abusive partners, but i have not found that to be a norm. Nevertheless, i have heard such complaints from many guys who perceive themselves to be misunderstood, or ignored.
