It's amazing. My neighbor was a plant manager before he retired. His old job is building another plant and they called him back to come out of retirement. To get them off his back. He told them he wanted a 1000 dollars a day. They said ok. He said give me a week to think about it... he turned them down. That's amazing to me. That's 260 thousand dollars he turned down. But... I don't think he talked about a contract. Maybe a 5 year guaranteed contract. Hell.... that's big business... lol. My boss told me i knew nothing about big business... I'm glad he felt that way... those cut throat bastards.
