Wrinkles... "laugh lines"... "crow's feet"... "crepey skin"... What's the deal?! Do any of these things really matter? I'm starting to show the signs of aging, but I DON'T CARE! A little color in my hair maybe, but I'd do it for me and that's about it. I actually think I looked awful years ago when I was going through a hard time and didn't feel good about myself... How you look -- and how you feel about how you look -- starts with how you feel about yourself, I absolutely believe this.

While I fight aging tooth and nail (vegetarian/vegan diet, sunscreen, moisturizer, really good skin products (most natural)) etc,. aging IS a part of, well, life, and dying. I haven't dyed my hair in over a year, and adore my grey streak (you can see it in my picks). No matter how much plastic surgery one has, you (they) are STILL going to die. Better to look like a human while doing it, rather than a facsimile of a person. You all know what I mean. Embrace age, even if those around you don't do it!

I'm proud of my aging self. I've earned it. (but ask me again in ten years!)

I must confess, I do moisturize...

Well yeah, absolutely. One needs to be literally comfortable in their own skin.

I can't speak for anyone else, but to me, signs of ageing mean I'm that much closer to death, which is something I'm definitely not ready for.

I went through a health scare last year, that took me closer to death than I've ever felt.

I weigh what I did when I was 17 - there's reasons.
My hair is gray streaked, face is weathered and gate is sloooooow.
I think I wear it well.
For what i, or you, anyone...has been through, it's a badge of honor.
We lived to talk about it.

True. And you look fine to me. Don't worry about all that other stuff. (He said, thinking "Man, if I could just get rid of this gut!" )

Aw, thank you.

If gravity would just leave me alone I'd be happy. LOL

It is all about how you feel about yourself - love yourself and everything else falls into place.

I think you look beautiful and those wrinkles and laugh lines are a life lived.

Thank you.
