QUOTE CODE FIXED!!!!!

ADMIN, PBUH, just fixed the code for quote offset!!!
Now anytime you want to quote someone's quote, you don't have to worry about mucked up parsing of "apostrophes" or "quote marks"!(EDIT: BTW, while it may not be obvious from the FAQ (or it simply misstates), @Skado clued me into how to do this: simply place four spaces prior to the paragraph or line you want to quote)
