When does "yes" mean "no? "
As "no means no" subtly implies, men still have to initiate conversations GENERALLY (I recognize there are exceptions). When a woman initially says she'd love to meet, but declines a specific date request, how many times does a gentleman ask before it's clear that "yes" actually meant "no?"

If I'm not interested I will try to gently let them know rather than string someone along. But, if you set a day to meet and something comes up for her, I would definitely try another time. Especially if she has kids, grandkids or a busy job. Life happens sometimes.

Never had much problem reading if women are interested, although I've found out some women were interested and I had no clue.

It kinda sucks that men still have to initiate pretty much everything from the first date, first kiss, first sex...but I rarely worry about crap I cannot change.

Especially with the MeToo movement, women seem much clearer in stating they're not interested. lol sometimes a bit too eager to make that clear, but overall that's good.

Clear communication is the answer. I think the whole dating arena is much more difficult for men than it is for women. I feel bad for men.

You have no idea...... You do actually !!!

Allow for one hiccup. Stuff does happen sometimes. Your second "cancel" should be the final one.

I only ask once. Then I move on. Won't waste time on them !
