@Rugglesby, something you just mentioned in a reply about a small farm, putting out just a couple of pots of honey every once in a while, reminded me of one of this man's mexican tales. an american discovering a mexican basket weaver & subsequently starting a business scheme with the man, so that the production has to expand in order to meet the growing demands. the mexican has to employ the entire tribe at one point, in that process raising his price. the american doesn't get it & reckons he should get a discount for buying large numbers of baskets...

i love the colourful depiction of the laconic mexican style to communicate with the greedy industrialist.
