I hear these and I just smile and tap my feet and crank the volume

Rock Lobster. The B-52s. Probably because it makes no sense. Catchy and annoys everyone around you.

Nothing But Flowers — Talking Heads.... Not a cheerful subject, but the Afro-beat guitar break on the album version is freakin' wonderful... So uplifting. It's left out of the single version, so hunt deeper if you go looking it up on YouTube.
