The Pope and a noted Atheist were meeting together having a heated discussion on the topic of God. After several minutes, the Pope, totally frustrated says to the Atheist;

"YOU are like a man who is blindfolded in a dark room looking for a black cat that isn't there." The Atheist ponders this for a moment and responds.

"With all due respect, I think you and I are actually very much alike."

"What do you mean?" asks the Pope.

The atheist responds. "I also think that you are like a man blindfolded in a dark room looking for a black cat that isn't there. The only difference is you found it.".
