I bet most of us have head more than our share of spam in other places. Nice to land in a place where you feel welcome and not harassed.

None, thanks to the points and levels system which keeps them out while also allowing the site to remain free-to-use. The occasional troll or would-be scammer gets in, but they soon get kicked back out again.

Nope. Those who try it are flagged and kicked off th site.

Only thing I ever got along those lines were the DMs from the admins when I first joined (they all appeared to be auto-gen) but otherwise all good

You earn website points, and help other members get to know you better, when you write an informational profile that includes your hobbies and interests, and answer all the profile questions, since that's the first place many people look when they see a new member.

You have already written a very detailed profile, so that's good.

Also, the website uses your profile to find member matches, so the more details you include, the better the match.

You make comments and write your own posts to earn more points and privileges. You get different perks with each level, and when you reach level eight you get an agnostic T-shirt.
