No. In fact, there's not even really any legitimate religious arguments against gay rights. The few Bible verses which anti-gay christians scrape together in an attempt to defend their stance on the issue are easily contradicted and proven to be illegitimate using their very own source material against them.

Doesn't any nonreligious argument against gay rights just come down to, "I think it's icky?" Because divorce statistics, procreation, and the separate but equal civil union stuff just doesn't hold water.

I can't think of any. I pity those whose fear of "different" prevents them from appreciating so many diverse points of view.

There is no argument for not respecting the rights of any individual regardless of sexual orientation.

Gay rights are human rights. So long as being gay does not harm or threaten the equal rights of others, the answer to your question would be no.
