This is so hard to read. APEC here is working with RAICES on a local level. I cannot imagine what the parents and children are going through. There is a chance that a fair percentage of these will never be reunited with their parents, simply b/c of bureaucratic fuckery.

Around 300 in New York City.......wtf are they doing so far away from parents anyway?! I think, easier to conceal the true size of the kidnappings if they are spread out.....i suspect Much higher numbers!
