LINK Oxycontin marketing lawsuit Tennessee: Purdue Pharma records unsealed

Purdue (rightly) has agreed, i.e. under fear of legal duress, to disclose how it systemically broke the law in order to push its opioid, Oxycontin. N.b.-VA is ALSO suing the company.

This should be done on all drugs that have been pushed on the market with testing that had shown that it could injure a certain number of those taking the drug. The drug companies have calculated how much the law suits would cost verses the profits to be made before product is pulled from the market. Profit over life!
