No, his view would more likely be since the bulk of exposure was years and years ago, this talcum powder issue was different. His view would be more limited liability, or so Iā€™d expect.

It possibly could have but it all goes much deeper than just Johnson and Johnson. Asbestos was used in so many ventures in America that lawsuits regarding its use have come to the forefront in multiple locales. Trump and his Swamp are trying to make it harder if not impossible for these people to be sued. It's simply a matter of those in power keeping more of their money and the hell with everyone else. At the same time Washington today is trying to make it harder for you to sue your doctor for any reason. It's all about money. Nobody cares about the consumer any longer.
