all rights come from humans,usually having been fought for them via union activists even armed conflict when the powers to be suppressed workers etc by force when they demanded better conditions etc or the right to vote.Nothing has ever come from an imaginary diety,even though the church leaders would like you to think that as it is in their benefit to keep you believing so that they can keep on getting donations etc.
