Arabic symbols.

Anyone able to read and translate Arabic ? I have a ring my father brought back from N Africa during WWII. Would like to know what the symbols are.

What part of North Africa? I'm not an expert but thought the symbols looked a bit hieratic maybe. Always tricky to isolate one symbol from a text and then get the meaning.

@KateZilla Do you have any museums/universities nearby that deal with ancient civilisations from North Africa and possibly the Middle East. Someone there may love a challenge 🙂
