Another example, we cannot have it both ways. Now, all things considered, she took care of business and defended herself. A felony due to previous record seems to me a lesser evil than being charged with murder. Perhaps she could ask to have her case moved to New Mexico. I've heard there is a judge there cutting everyone off the hook....
