Do you tell your coworkers to go home when they're sick?
I read a post yesterday that a forum member got sick (flu symptoms) from their job. Heres the deal... when I was working. I had 4 troops in on office. We were part if a team. If one of them started looking like they were sick... we told him to go home. We've caught the bug from others before. We've learned from this. Do you come out and tell them or do they take it on their on to stay home.
