If anything could have made me change my mind on Kavanaugh, it would have been Senator Collins. Her reasoning was sound, and if on a jury, I would have had to say "not guilty" for lack of evidence on the assault. However, I would have to vote "no" on his confirmation for what I believed was his lying and his demeanor. Maybe the job will bring out a "greatness", that he,at present, just does not possess.

Good for him.

We all know he is going to be confirmed, unfortunately.....and EVERY written opinion and every judicial ruling of his will have the stench of "what goes around comes around" all over it. He is damaged goods - no matter how much the GOP tries to scrub him clean.

I would love to see all eight Supreme Court justices issue a joint statement rejecting Kavanaugh. I bet the Republicans would still push him through.

I saw him say just that on TV.

Not sure which way it'll go, but hopefully he's not sworn in.
