So, What exactly is a level? How many experience points do I need to level up? Who sees these questions... what am I doing?

There are lots of ways for you to earn points so your level will increase. Take a look at the "Levels" page at [agnostic.com] for more details. The points/level system is just a way to help us reward active members by giving more access and perks to members as they increase their level.
Don't get too hung up on the points/levels as they are mostly just a way for us to keep scammers away. Thanks for the question! You can read more on the FAQ page (see link at the bottom of every page).
