some folks are trying to do something about it, but so far, the supreme court has indicated that it's very much in favor of voter suppression. 'sigh

Rachael Maddow has been covering these tactics all week. Georgia, North Dakota and Texas have all been using illegal tactics to prevent minorities voting. There is really nowhere they won't go to suppress voting.

alas, totally true. they know they have to cheat to win, and the reason they have to cheat to win is that people don't LIKE people who have to cheat to win! they don't care; they only want power and money, and to hell with the country, its citizens, democracy or the planet for that matter. it's the old "i got mine, jack" mentality, tripled. and yeah, rachel is great. she gets to the heart of things.
