Sadly, this 10 years old lovely and playful specimen (as described by the Zoo employees) got killed by the female companion. No one can't tell what trigger the unexpected reaction. I've heard all this pieces of info on the local radio. Unfortunate this is being smeared with politics.

Survival of the fittest so to say, if she was not truly hungry then he violated something in natures law, overstepped his boundary or was just in the way, nature does not harm nor kill for no reason ever. the only animal that kills for no valid reason is man. we know this fact and have known it for thousands of years.
