Cows milk was designed by nature to raise a 40 lb. calf from 40 lbs. to 400 lbs. in 1 year & then wean it. The casein protein that coagulates to become cheese is the glue that is doing the harm. It is the major cause for Heart Disease, Cancer, Alzheimers, Diabetes, Auto-immune Diseases, etc. Don't feed milk products to your kids or anyone that you do not want to harm. Yes, the system funds & supports it's productions through the Dairy Check off system which programs all of the School Lunch, WICK, USDA, Academic studies & they are a part of needing the funding. Dairy Products are the cause of most of the Hospital Beds & Medical Proceedures done in the Western World.
