Where do I start? I would say it started with a lack of a moral foundation based upon reason and individual rights. Then, the influence of German philosophy in the nineteenth century permeated society and very few fought against it. Then....

It died with the advent of the trickle down theory.

Yeah that trickle down from the 80’s should be getting here any day now. Unless that’s what that warm yellow splash was.
