Nope, it's not a good trade. Then Pence becomes President, pardons everybody (after the election). Meantime we have to run against Pence instead of Trump, and suffer a lot of resentment over Trump's ouster.

If they get rid of Pence too, as an accessory liar, we get Pelosi
Actually, I've read another article that speculates there will be a sealed indictment because of the ridiculous DOJ policy of not indicting a sitting president. We'd after to put up with Twump until the next elections, but then they're both out and he goes to trial.

A nice dream but it won't happen. Pence is next in line if Trump leaves before his term ends.

I would not pin my hopes on that. There is no indication so far that he was involved.
