I'm guessing 4 is primarily a female attribute, as it is the only one I don't or haven't suffered from big time

I think I escaped from 3 a few years back as the consequences of criticising others are often severe and I saw someone I really disliked making a total fool of himself doing it pretty much 24/7.
And there's a theoretical basis in that I really don't think I can live other people's lives necessarily a whole bunch better than they do either. I'm more appreciative than judgemental.
But self criticism is my biggest emotion
For eleven years I was a college professor. I shared with my students something that I taught my own children about fearing failure. There is no failure other than not trying. If you try and something doesn't work out, that isn't failure but an experiment that proved unhelpful. Always assume a license to fail. It is the only way one can feel free to attempt success.
