I think this is a pretty decent list of things we should consider giving up.

My Achilles Heel is #6.

Which one might you have trouble, giving up?

I'm guessing 4 is primarily a female attribute, as it is the only one I don't or haven't suffered from big time

Not necessarily female, I think we have a couple guys in the comments. So, any that you would have a hard time giving up?

All but 3 and 4.

I think I escaped from 3 a few years back as the consequences of criticising others are often severe and I saw someone I really disliked making a total fool of himself doing it pretty much 24/7.

And there's a theoretical basis in that I really don't think I can live other people's lives necessarily a whole bunch better than they do either. I'm more appreciative than judgemental.

But self criticism is my biggest emotion

For eleven years I was a college professor. I shared with my students something that I taught my own children about fearing failure. There is no failure other than not trying. If you try and something doesn't work out, that isn't failure but an experiment that proved unhelpful. Always assume a license to fail. It is the only way one can feel free to attempt success.

I like that! Thanks!

I'm also going to have to say 6

I don't feel so alone. Many of us share the dreaded #6. 🙂

I would be reluctant to give up number 5 because I don't think I could succeed in doing so.

I'll give up my fear of being a procrastination failure.

Today or tomorrow?

@BeeHappy I'm thinking two days before tomorrow. I'm really behind.
