Does anyone else do this?

I am probably the last person on earth to know this but I recently discovered the deliciousness of dotting tobasco on your salad. This works especially well if you use a sweet dressing and tomatoes. It adds an extra taste in the blend without really adding an extra ingredient. You just have this heat in the back of your mouth that goes well with the sweetness otherwise.

Any others I am unaware of?
