Good chance Trump will do it and call his national emergency. He would instantly be opposed and this would cause it to go to the courts. Maybe that's why Trump is in McAllen, Texas right now drumming up support for his emergency..Meanwhile, I here it's all pretty quiet at the border.

If Trump declares an emergency, at least he will no longer have a reason not to reopen the government... assming the courts don't shut him down imme3diately.
