This came about from a reply to a post I made about Intelligent Design which morphed into Prime Cause arguments. Based on the simplest explanation of what a positron is, an electron with a negative time coefficient, when you go for a PET scan (positron emission tomography) the scanner is sending an electron backwards in time to where your boo-boo is that's being scanned. Does this invalidate all Prime Cause arguments?

Trying to get ones head around the concepts that make up quantum mechanics is nearly impossible for most of us, and I for one have to say that in this particular case that I am content to acknowledge that I don't understand how it works but that obviously the maths is there for it, and I can happily live with that.
