How many thing from Star Trek have come to fruition? Like tasers (phaser) hand held commotion device (cell phones) have recently heard nano robots are going to be used in the medical field.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Right now, NASA is working on "warp drive". The biggest problem is the transporter. In Star Trek Next Generation, they put a "Heisenberg Compensator" on the transporter because of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle of quantum physics causing problems in determining the exact nature of each atom in the body. I suppose you'd have to somehow use the principle of quantum entanglement to make a transporter.
