The product in question is Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Dog Food. IT contains toxic amounts of vitamin D. IF you suspect your dog might have consumed any of the contaminated food, check Hill's website for a listing of the foods that were so affected and instructions on how to contact the company for redress.

This is not just Hill's. They were just one of the first to come forward about it. MANY brands are affected. The culprit: a common contract manufacturer used by many different companies.
