Yes, just hold your tongue differently inside your mouth and your pic might appear as other persons. I used to have a John Wayne pic that way. In Mexico that's Juan Jayne. 🙂

Interesting piece. TMJ does make you feel like you must have an ear infection. Holding your tongue on the roof of your mouth prevents opening wide when you yawn. I do that to prevent painful jaw pops.
